We're based in Elk County, PA and happy to travel to your wedding destination! Depending on where it takes place, there may be a small travel fee. We always try to find the least expensive way to be there for your big day.

Most portrait sessions and weddings are photographed by Rachel Shaffer. As Rachel Shaffer Photography has grown, we've also built a trusted team of associate photographers who share Rachel's approach to creating genuine, timeless images and providing an exceptional client experience.

If your event, session, or wedding is photographed by an associate photographer, you'll know in advance who will be capturing your day.

Regardless of who is behind the camera, every image is personally hand-edited by Rachel in the signature Rachel Shaffer Photography style, ensuring your final gallery has the consistent look and quality you've come to expect.

Your will receive an online gallery link with a highlight album of 15+ images within 3 days of your wedding. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints! The complete collection will be done within 60 days of your wedding day (sometimes less depending on the season and your package). They will be emailed to you via online gallery. Some packages include a mailed flash drive.

For each hour of coverage, you will receive between 75 to 100 fully edited images. We always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why there is a range. If you are interested in a second shooter, your image amount will increase by about 25-30%.

I know you may be thinking, why not 50%? The simple answer is this: second shooters are there to gather moments happening at the same time, but while you're taking your first kiss, we will both be looking at you. It may be a different angle, but it is still a very similar picture, therefore, you will receive images from the second shooter that tell a larger story, such as the groom getting ready, cocktail hour, the ceremony and reception entrances from different perspectives (guest reactions) and many more candid moments.

Package prices include everything you may need, which is the consecutive hours of wedding day coverage, all edited images, and full print release.

We have additional fees for travel and/or overnight lodging (if over 30 miles from Ridgway, PA). All wedding package times are also flexible on your wedding day. You may wish to add extra time, therefore you may want to purchase additional hours in the moment.
